I always wanted to be an artisan, like my father. This is the best work for us. This is what we know. It is said that a man with some skill can never go hungry in his life. He will make use of his skill to win his dinner, ? says Nadim. Muhammad Nadim says they face no shortage of wood in Saranpur. There are six members in his family including is parents, his two brothers and a sister. His brother is also an artisan. The females of the house help in polishing and buffing the handicrafts. Nadim says he can make seven boxes in a day, though the brass inlay can take more time. He hopes you enjoy his work.
